Superbad (2007)
Director: Greg Mottola
A teen comedy about two high school buddies whose plan to break up with virginity meets an obstacle as the law prohibits alcohol sale to persons under the age of twenty-one. In brief, this is the story of how the not-so-popular boys in high school tried to bring that sweet moment of growing up closer and what happened instead.
Seth (Jonah Hill) and Evan (Michael Cera) decided that they absolutely had to become real men before college. The girls, with whom the characters have had a crush almost since first grade, throw a party. It’s an excellent opportunity for the guys to put a plan on losing their virginity into action. For a promise to bring alcohol, the characters get an invitation to the party. The boys buy “hard liquor” with their mutual friend Vogel, who has a fake driver’s license. It is easy to guess that big trouble is waiting for the guys, but with it, the adventures as well!
