Every customer has the right to request a withdrawal within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase. In order to get a refund, the user needs to:

- The letter subject should contain “REFUND.”
- The letter body should contain the order number and the reason for the refund request.
The refund is impossible in the following cases:
- If the refund request has been placed after the 14-days period.
- If the refund request does not include the order number.
